Kaine Teme is a Registered Respiratory Therapist with a Master’s in Public Health and a Project Management Professional certification. She has spent over a decade working at the front lines of UAE healthcare, managing ventilators, supporting ICU teams, and caring for the most vulnerable patients in Dubai’s hospitals.
Throughout her career, she has consistently observed a critical gap in the care continuum: patients, particularly those with complex respiratory and high-acuity needs, are often discharged home without adequately trained clinical support. This results in avoidable complications, poor outcomes, and frequent readmissions to emergency departments within a short period of discharge.
EliteCare Home Healthcare was founded to directly address this gap.
Kaine didn’t start EliteCare because she saw a market opportunity. She started it because she couldn’t keep watching patients fall through the gap.
EliteCare Home Healthcare is Dubai’s first pulmonologist-led specialist home care company, DHA-licensed, clinically credentialed, and built specifically for the high-acuity patients that standard home nursing cannot safely serve.
As a Registered Respiratory Therapist and Master’s of Public Health with a background spanning clinical care, healthcare leadership, healthcare management, and the global medical technology sector, Kaine brings a rare combination of hands-on expertise and strategic insight. Her experience across both provider and industry settings uniquely positions EliteCare to redefine how high-acuity care is delivered in the home.
